Dreamsheep currently ships within Australia only.
We work with trusted delivery partners including Australia Post and Aramex. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your delivery location and service availability.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally 2–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control, including public holidays, severe weather, peak periods, carrier delays and other unexpected disruptions.

Shipping Costs
For orders under AUD $199, a flat shipping fee of AUD $10 applies.
Orders of AUD $199 or more qualify for free Australia-wide shipping.
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Once tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
