Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us, except where permitted or required by law.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, contact and payment information when placing an order.
Discounts, promotional codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn in accordance with their stated terms and applicable law.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error;
- Payment cannot be successfully processed;
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
- We are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund for the cancelled amount to the original payment method.
We may also limit quantities where reasonably necessary to prevent fraudulent purchasing or unauthorised commercial resale.
SECTION 5 – ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Dreamsheep currently ships within Australia only.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery is generally 2–8 business days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary due to location, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We currently use delivery providers including Australia Post and Aramex. The carrier used may vary depending on your location and service availability.
For orders under AUD $199, a flat shipping fee of AUD $10 applies.
Orders of AUD $199 or more qualify for free Australia-wide shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SECTION 7 – DELIVERY INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing your order.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the information before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.
This does not affect your rights where a delivery problem was caused by us or our delivery provider.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Eligible change-of-mind purchases may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Change-of-mind items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and suitable for resale.
Customers are responsible for the applicable return and replacement shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges.
Where a return is required, an exchange will be processed after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved by us.
Different rules apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fails to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms, our Return & Exchange Policy or any other policy on our website is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
